We want you to be happy with your product, if for any reason, you wish to return/ exchange an item purchased at full price from our website please contact us within 30 days after arrival of your order. All returns have to be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, if the product shows signs of being worn, washed or damaged we find ourselves in our right to not refund the return.
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. Kindly ship your return package, in the same condition it was delivered to you, with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance because Miss Castelinhos is not responsible for lost returns.

All items are packed and shipped within 3 working days of purchase.
National orders takes between 1-3 weekdays. In the EU takes between 3-7 weekdays for delivery once shipped.
The delivery is made in accordance with agreed dates to every extent possible; however these dates are dependent on work or services to be provided by third parties and can occur some delays.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking will be available after the order has been shipped.
The refund of the product price (excluding any shipping costs) will be processed until 7 days after the return was accepted. Miss Castelinhos is not responsible for any tax applied to a transaction from the costumer’s bank.

Take notice that the transportation of your orders it’s a service made by a third-party company and therefore it’s not our responsibility if there’s any delay or even damage made during this transportation. The time we give it’s an estimated time and sometimes, due to holidays or bad weather condition some delays can occur.
When that happen please contact first our courier because they will have a detailed information, if it’s taking too much and might be lost please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org
