Pickup – Free – If you live in Setúbal’s district or nearby, you can pick up your order at our workshop, located in Fidibiko Coworking.

Return and Exchange

We want you to be happy with your product, if for any reason, you wish to return/ exchange an item purchased at full price from our website please contact us within 30 days after arrival of your order.  All returns have to be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, if the product shows signs of being worn, washed or damaged we find ourselves in our right to not refund the return.

Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. Kindly ship your return package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance because Miss Castelinhos is not responsible for lost returns.

For exchanges only we recommend that our clients place a new order and return the original order because we cannot guarantee that the item will be available at the time that the exchange is received.

Return and Exchange for Gifts

We can only accommodate your return/ exchange request if the item was purchased on Miss Castelinhos website. The exchange can only be processed for an item of equal value or less. The refund will only be processed back to the purchaser’s original form of payment.
