Sara’s Baby Shower

Our dear Sara just became a mother for the 4th time! (What a brave woman!) ;D

So naturally a few sewing bloggers wanted to throw her a virtual baby shower. She has done so much for all of us, that she deserves all our love! <3

Because Sara is such an amazing seamstress, I know this cute boy is going to have plenty of clothes, so I wanted to make something truly useful. When I had my second baby, he would throw up every time I put him burping. I spent my days with a cloth diaper on my shoulder, which I could never get it to sit right. It was so annoying! Until a good friend of mine gave me a “burp cloth”… not the prettiest of names… let’s call it a “burpie”! This small piece a fabric was a game changer. It was cute and functional!

Whenever my friends have babies, I like to give them something that really can make their life easier. For me it was this little item. So I hope these burpies will help you Sara!
